ON TENTERHOOKS as a title has a double meaning. If you’ve read it, that probably makes sense to you now. But did you know that ON TENTERHOOKS had several other names during its development? For the first year or so, it was called Personal Demons. But when I got closer to completing the story, I decided that it was too generic to leave it that way. So for a while I was kicking around a dozen or so other names, listed below. I really, really liked Heart of Scars, but it turned out that it was already taken by a spiffy werewolf story!
